We don't offer refunds unless goods are faulty, in which case we are happy to replace the item (if available) or refund your purchase price.

We encourage you to try on items before you purchase them. If you change your mind, we can offer an exchange of your item.

Any returned item must be in its original condition with all labels and tags still attached. You must return a product to us within 20 days of the purchase date. A proof of purchase receipt is required. 

 All purchases must be returned and inspected before any refund will be granted. Manufacturing defects do not include normal wear and tear and any damaged caused by accidental or non-accidental damage.
